Ilenia Mazzai

Ilenia Mazzai is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Gardaland - Merlin Entertainments Limited, where roles have included HR Manager, Senior HR Learning & Development and Employer Branding Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Recruiting Assistant since January 2009. Concurrently, Ilenia has served as a lecturer at Scuola Italiana per il Turismo and Apindustria Confimi Verona since October 2018 and September 2020 respectively.
