Prior experience includes a role as Partner at Control Risks, focusing on post-merger integration, and as Chief Executive Officer at Over the Horizon, managing operations for an energy megaproject in Pakistan. Gadoury also served as President of Clayton International, leading strategic growth efforts in crisis management consulting, and held senior roles at Triple Canopy after military service in the US Army. Educational credentials include an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
