Chris Fulks

Chris Fulks is the Regional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Prime Healthcare's Michigan market, including Lake Huron Medical Center and Garden City Hospital. As the CFO, Chris manages the financial security and risk. He has more than 25 years of experience in health care accounting, finance and revenue cycle. Joining LHMC in 2005, Chris previously served as the organization’s Controller. Chris routinely demonstrates his ability to implement new systems, increase efficiency, implement internal controls and initiate productivity improvements. He is a current member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association; serves on the Health Information Technology Advisory Committee at St. Clair County Community College; and was previously on the Board of Directors for the Blue Water Area Chamber of Commerce, serving on multiple governance committees. Chris earned his Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University. He currently resides in St. Clair, Michigan. with his wife and three children and enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.
