Nishtha Sareen MD MPH FACC FSCAI serves as an Associate Professor at Central Michigan University since July 2023. Currently holding multiple positions at Ascension, including MD MPH FACC FSCAI and Medical Director of the Women Heart Clinic at Ascension Providence Hospital, Nishtha is also a faculty member and cardiologist at St. John Providence Hospital, Beaumont Hospital - Dearborn, Garden City Hospital, Ascension Hospital, and Lake Huron Medical Center. Nishtha has been a member of the faculty at Michigan State University and William Beaumont Hospitals since 2016. Nishtha holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Nevada, Reno, and completed fellowships in Interventional and General Cardiology. Education includes training at the Rabindra Nath Tagore Medical College, where Nishtha earned a Doctor of Medicine (MBBS), and current studies in Health Care Economics at Harvard University.
