Sneha Alexander

Sneha Alexander, MHA, MBA, currently serves as the Patient Experience Manager and Coach at Garden City Hospital since April 2024. Previously, Sneha held various roles at MD Anderson Cancer Center from September 2019 to March 2024, including Senior Clinical Studies Coordinator and Patient Services Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing research trials and enhancing patient services. Additionally, Sneha completed a Patient Access Internship at Baylor College of Medicine, worked as a Customer Service Representative and Pharmacy Technician Trainee at Walgreens, and served as a Financial Aid Assistant at Houston Community College. Education includes a Master’s degree in MHA/MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor's degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Houston Christian University.
