Thalia Maragh is a highly experienced legal professional with extensive practice in criminal defence, human rights, and constitutional law. Currently serving as a barrister at Garden Court Chambers since September 2017, Maragh previously held barrister roles at Mansfield Chambers and Charter Chambers. In addition, Maragh has been an attorney at law at Firmlaw since December 2000, focusing on criminal defence and international law. Maragh's educational background includes a Master of Laws in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights from King's College London, a Certificate of Legal Education from Norman Manley Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West Indies Barbados.
