Oscar Paladini

Oscar Paladini has extensive experience in management and operations across various industries, including general construction, hospitality, and customer service. Currently serving as the Assistant Operations Manager at Garden State Growers, LLC since March 2019, Oscar previously held management roles at the Belvidere Diner Restaurant, overseeing restaurant operations and staff. Prior experience includes positions at Lukoil North America as a Customer Service and Sales Representative, where Oscar managed training and hiring for service station employees, and as the owner and founder of Camnic Capital Improvement LLC, providing general contracting services. Additionally, Oscar has served as president of multiple construction companies and has a background in sales and supervision from earlier roles in advertising and telecommunications. An alumnus of the University of Buenos Aires, Oscar also completed high school at Colegio Lausanne and E. E. M. N 3 de Lanus.
