Jason Ciavarro

Jason (Jay) Ciavarro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Garden State Pavement Solutions since June 2022, Jason has previously held significant positions including President of Supreme Metro Consulting and Senior Consultant at Next Level Contractor. With a strong background in real estate as a Licensed Luxury Market Realtor and Luxury Real Estate Agent, Jason also led the New Jersey branch of Advanced Pavement Group as Executive Vice President. Jason's career began with Supreme Metro Corporation, where Jason (Jay) served as President & CEO for nearly three decades. Additionally, Jason is a veteran of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, having served in Kuwait and Iraq after enlisting shortly after the September 11 attacks. Jason's educational credentials include training from the Army Corps of Engineers and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with specialized knowledge in investment properties and new construction.
