Federico Thibaud

Federico Thibaud has a wealth of experience in the financial sector. Starting in 2009, they began their career as a Quantitative Analyst at Magna Capital, LLC. In 2012, they moved to Magna Capital Advisor as a Senior Quantitative Analyst. In 2013, they joined Optimist Investment Advisors as a Senior Quantitative Analyst, where they led research and implementation for 16 Trading Strategies with a $100MM+ allocation. Federico also sourced and evaluated new investment opportunities, performing due diligence on 40+ external asset managers. In 2014, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Finance. In 2015, they joined Remitia Ltd as a Data Scientist, where they developed machine learning algorithms to act as a filter to finance new invoices. Finally, in 2016, they became Head of Data at Gardenia Technologies, where they used artificial intelligence and algorithmic trading techniques to make funding decisions.

Federico Thibaud attended the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Federico then attended the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2014 to 2015, where they were a Master of Finance Candidate.
