Kian Ann Ong

Kian Ann Ong currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer and Senior Director of Business Development at Gardens by the Bay, a position held since May 2021, after previously holding the role of Director of Business Development. Prior to this, Kian Ann Ong accumulated extensive experience at Resorts World Sentosa from May 2014 to March 2021, where titles included Director of Non-gaming Projects and Coordination, Assistant Director of Non-gaming Coordination and Projects, Assistant Director of Sales Planning and Rooms Yield, and Senior Manager of Planning & Rooms Yield. Earlier experience includes a managerial role in statutory compliance at the President's Office in Singapore from October 2010 to May 2014, and various positions at the Ministry of Finance (Singapore) between January 1999 and October 2010, culminating as Head of Social Programmes. Kian Ann Ong holds a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Finance with Distinction from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, earned between 1999 and 2001.
