Roger Lim

Roger Lim is an experienced security management professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Gardens by the Bay since March 2013, Roger oversees in-house security team deployment, training, and development, while also managing contracts with outsourced security agencies. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Executive and Senior Supervisor at MBS Security, where responsibilities encompassed manpower deployment and incident management. Earlier in the career, Roger held the position of Operations Manager at Hak Siang Fishball Manufacturing, overseeing manufacturing operations and customer relations.
