Madalina H. has over 15 years of work experience. Madalina began their career in 2004 as a Freelance Translator for TVR Romania. In 2006, they joined Affiliated Computer Services (A.C.S.) as a Quality Assurance Assistant on the Verizon Wireless project, as well as a Verizon Wireless Customer Service Representative. In 2007, they began working for Comcast Cable, where they held various roles, such as Tier II Technical Support CAE 5, Work Order Management - CommOps 2, Helpdesk - Support Central Specialist CAE 4, Customer Service Operations - Quality Assurance Advisor 2, and Billing Representative CAE 1. Madalina also held the role of New-Hire Academy Supervisor. In 2015, they joined Gardiant LLC as a Customer Success Lead, where they effectively communicated with Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors and the developer team to answer questions, track feedback sent by Gardiant Works users, and log in new feature requests. Madalina also created and managed Knowledge Base articles and Forum topics for the Washington state vocational community, as well as managed Office 365 subscriptions for Gardiant Works customers.

Madalina H. began their educational career in 1996, when they attended "Ion Creanga" High School and obtained their High School degree, with a focus in English and French. In 1997, they enrolled in the National Military Center, University of the Army, where they completed an English Language course. From 2000 to 2004, they attended updates for freshers, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters and Spanish Language and Literature. In 2001, they also completed a Communication in International Relations course at the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration. In 1998 and 1999, Madalina H. participated in the Junior Achievement Program at "Ion Creanga" High School, where they studied Applied Economics. In 2018, they obtained Microsoft Office Specialist certifications in both Microsoft Office Outlook 2013 and Microsoft Office Word 2016 from the Washington State Library.
