Neil Guthrie

Neil Guthrie is a Board Member at the Gardiner Museum. Neil has also served as Director, Professional Development (Ontario) at Bennett Jones LLP, and Adjunct Professor at Ryerson University and the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. In addition, they have been Partner, National Director of Research at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, Senior Legal Counsel at the Ontario Securities Commission, Research Lawyer at Stikeman Elliott LLP, and Manager, Government Relations, & Solicitor at TD Bank Financial Group. Lastly, they served as Corporate Counsel & Government Relations Adviser at CanadaTrust.

Neil Guthrie's educational career began with obtaining a BA in English from the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College. Neil then went on to earn their LL B from the University of Toronto before completing their DPhil in English from the University of Oxford.
