Beau Morgan

Beau Morgan is a seasoned procurement and commercial management professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including construction, health, and government services. Currently serving as a Commercial Manager at Gardiner & Theobald Inc. since June 2017, Morgan manages high-value complex projects and provides comprehensive commercial support. Previous roles include Procurement Specialist at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd and the Department of Health, where Morgan led end-to-end procurement activities and implemented LEAN procurement principles. Additional experience encompasses contract and supplier management across various departments, including the Department of Food and Rural Affairs and the London Fire Brigade.
