Mike Puncochar

Mike Puncochar is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing various construction projects, currently at Gardner Builders since September 2025. Previously, Mike held senior project management roles at LS Black Constructors and Colliers, where Mike focused on optimizing building space for end users. Notable projects include the Pioneer Press headquarters build-out and the management of an Army Reserve Readiness Center in St. Joseph, MN. Mike earned a Master of Business Administration from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
