Pete Schwarz

Pete Schwarz is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction and project management sectors. At Gardner Builders since February 2019, Pete Schwarz has played a key role as a project manager, notably working on the repositioning of an office building to multi-tenant space and a significant build-out project. Prior to this, Pete Schwarz was an estimator and project manager at Keller Fence, Inc., where business development efforts resulted in an average of 206 projects annually. Additional roles include coaching positions in basketball and football, as well as experience in supply-chain efficiency and real estate accounting through positions at SPS Commerce and CBRE. Pete Schwarz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Saint John's University.
