Lpcc Jasmin A. Estrada

Jasmin A. Estrada, LPCC, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Sr. Continuous Quality Improvement Manager at Gardner Health Services since October 2017. Jasmin has developed and implemented strategies for chart audits and project management within Specialty Mental Health Services and Substance Use Treatment Services. Additionally, Jasmin has designed ongoing educational training programs to enhance understanding of quality assurance issues. Previously, as a Quality Improvement Training Associate, comprehensive training and support were provided to staff on Medi-Cal documentation practices. Throughout a long tenure at Gardner Family Care Corp, which began in July 2006, roles include Mental Health Therapist and Mental Health Rehab Specialist. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at Employment Rights Attorneys from August 2004 to April 2006. Jasmin holds a Master's degree in Counselor of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences and Anthropology, both from San Jose State University.
