Jaren Lemasters

Jaren LeMasters is a Human Resources Generalist at Gardner Inc. since June 2022, overseeing HR support for multiple facilities across several states and managing the recruitment and onboarding processes. Previously, Jaren served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Bauer & Turner Furniture Store, where day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction were prioritized. Initial experience includes an internship at Genesis Healthcare System, assisting with employer-focused health fairs, and leadership roles in Kappa Sigma Fraternity, including Awards Chairman and Greek Council Representative. Jaren gained early experience in the service industry as a server at Traditions Restaurant and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Fitness with minors in Business Management and Athletic Communication from Muskingum University, graduated in 2020.
