Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum
Erika Rumbley serves as the Director of Horticulture at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum since January 2018 and also holds the position of Greenhouse Operations Manager. In addition, Erika is the Co-Founder and Director of The New Garden Society, which trains over 100 incarcerated students annually in Greater Boston in horticultural skills. Previous experience includes roles such as Greenhouse Manager at Langwater Farm, where responsibilities encompassed propagation scheduling and staff training, and positions at notable organizations like The Trustees of Reservations and the Boston Natural Areas Network, where Erika contributed to community education and agricultural initiatives. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Vassar College.
