Simon Betteridge

Simon Betteridge is the Chief Executive Officer of Gardner Vaughan Group, a builder-developer focused on creating apartment communities in Southeast Queensland since January 2011. With over 20 years of experience at GVG, Simon has held various leadership roles, including Director of Continuous Improvement, Managing Director, and Director of Construction, where responsibilities included developing operational systems, guiding team performance and culture, and overseeing project coordination. Prior to his tenure at GVG, Simon served as Project Manager at GVG Design Construct and was the owner of OBS Construction Ltd. Additionally, Simon has educational qualifications in Quantity Surveying and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Studies in Finance and Economics at Massey University.
