Quazi Khaled

Quazi Khaled has extensive work experience in various leadership roles, primarily as Chief Financial Officer. Quazi has been involved in the growth and transformation of several companies, including Gardyn, Insomnia Cookies, and Mars. At Gardyn, Quazi is responsible for developing and executing long-term growth strategies for the tech start-up. Quazi also focuses on talent development and shaping a unique subscription-based brand. During their time at Insomnia Cookies, they played a key role in developing the company's growth strategy and transforming its culture to become a technology-driven brand. At Mars, Quazi held multiple CFO positions, including leading the Royal Canin USA and Mars Drinks divisions. Quazi was instrumental in executing strategic growth plans and improving financial performance. Quazi also has experience in supply chain management and project engineering. Prior to their current roles, they worked at Bunge as a Senior Plant Engineer and Power Plant Supervisor, where they specialized in process automation and utility systems engineering.

Quazi Khaled has a diverse education history. In 2021, they completed the "Fintech Revolution: Transformative Financial Services and Strategies" program at The Wharton School. In 2013, they attended the London Business School for the "High Performing Business School" program with a focus on Business Partnership Acceleration. Quazi earned a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University between 1992 and 1997. Quazi Khaled's early education includes completion of Higher Secondary education at Sylhet Cadet College from 1983 to 1989. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in leadership from institutions such as Battlefield Leadership, LLC and the Center for Creative Leadership.
