Michael HAZOUME, MBA has held a variety of roles since 2008. In 2008, they were a Marketing Intern for WVSA. The following year, they were an International Trade Intern for Atlantic Forwarding Group. In 2012, they were a Business Management Analyst for BNP Paribas. In 2013, they were a Group Strategy & Project Management Officer for BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Strategy Investment Manager for Apaneo Partners. In 2017, they were an MBA Management Consulting Project - Pricing Strategy for OMMAX - Digital Solutions. In 2018, they founded LOOHMI and in 2020, they became the CEO and Founder of Garentii, an insurtech company getting rid of rent deposits for residential and commercial renters.

Michael HAZOUME, MBA obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from OMNES Education from 2009 to 2012. Michael then went on to earn their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business/Trade/Commerce from ECM (Etablissement Catholique Meldois) from 2007 to 2009. In 2016, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Michael then went on to complete two additional modules abroad from SDA Bocconi and BI Norwegian Business School in 2017. Michael also holds a PRINCE 2 (Project Management Certification) from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
