Jessica Roberts

Jessica Roberts serves as the Human Resources Director at Garfield County Government in Colorado since December 2021, previously holding the role of Compensation Benefits Manager. With extensive experience in human resources, Jessica held various positions at the City of Aspen from June 2014 to December 2021, including Compensation Benefits Manager, Senior Human Resources Analyst, Human Resources Analyst, and Human Resources Intern. Jessica earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Denver, along with an Associate of Arts (AA) in General Studies from Colorado Mountain College.
