Lori Goodwin

Lori Goodwin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Human Services for Garfield County Government in Colorado since June 2008, Lori has held various roles including Talent Acquisition & Compensation Manager, focusing on selection, recruiting, job onboarding, job classification, market analysis, and data reporting. Prior to this, Lori worked as an HR Manager overseeing compensation, employee relations, technology management, HR data analysis, employee performance, and budgeting. Lori's earlier experience includes a role as HR Generalist II and Guest Services/Operations Manager at Shocco Springs Baptist Conference Center from 1995 to 2005, where responsibilities included managing operations and staff across multiple departments. Lori holds a Master of Science in Management/Human Resources from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Montevallo.
