Walter Peseski currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Garfield Public/Private LLC and teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Dallas Baptist University. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at First Hospitality and Senior Director at Aimbridge Hospitality. Walter has an extensive background in hospitality asset management, having held various positions at Quorum Hotels & Resorts, including Vice President of Development, as well as at Wyndham Destinations as Director of Reserve Planning & Asset Management. Early career experiences include summer associate, analyst, and assistant front office manager roles at Virgin Hotels, Kokua Hospitality, Hilton Times Square, and Hilton New York. Walter holds an M.S. in Hotel Finance from New York University and a BBA in Entrepreneurship from Wilkes University.
