Paul Goodwin

Paul Goodwin possesses extensive experience in the field of structural engineering, currently serving as Project Manager for Structures at Garg Consulting Services, Inc. since July 2003. In this role, Paul leads bridge inspections and serves as a senior bridge engineer for bridge ratings across several states, including Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, and Virginia. Prior to this position, Paul worked as a Junior Engineer at L-C Associates, focusing on bridge inspections, ratings, and design tasks from August 1999 to July 2003. Paul's early career includes experience as a survey crew rod man at KWP Associates in mid-1997. Paul holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Connecticut.
