Prior to that, Bill served as a Site Manager / Continuous Improvement Leader at ESCO Corporation, overseeing a manufacturing site with over 100 employees. With a background in Computer Information Systems from Douglas College, Bill is a strategic leader who drives a culture of continuous improvement within organizations to generate cost savings and enhance overall performance.
