Don English

Don English is an experienced executive leadership coach specializing in one-on-one leadership coaching across various sectors, including the cruise industry, city government, manufacturing, and higher education since March 2002. Additionally, Don has served as a board advisory and HR consultant for Iron Horse Logistics Inc. since November 2011 and has provided HR consulting services for Garick LLC since April 2001. Notable past roles include developing a specialized coaching program for the Diocese of Columbus and conducting HR consulting and strategic planning projects for Mount Carmel West. Don holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cleveland State University, alongside extensive advanced studies in labor laws and customs in Asia.
