Donna Thompson

Donna Thompson has over four decades of professional experience, with a strong focus on customer service and treasury management. Currently serving as the Metal Products Customer Service Manager at The Garland Company, Inc. since August 2014, Donna previously held the role of Assistant Metal Products Coordinator. Prior to this, Donna managed a residential home for adults with multiple disabilities at Our Lady of the Wayside. Donna's experience also includes working as a Logistics Marketing Consultant at Distribution Data Incorporated, where cost reduction strategies were implemented, and as an Assistant Vice President at both Fifth Third Bank and KeyBank, specializing in treasury management sales. Donna began their career in administrative roles, serving as a Secretary for the City of Brook Park.
