Anyela Ariza Ibanez

Anyela Ariza Ibanez is an experienced educational leader with a diverse background in teaching and administration. Currently serving as an Elementary School Principal at Garland Independent School District since August 2016, Anyela has previously held roles as an Assistant Principal and Instructional Design Facilitator, focusing on enhancing teacher collaboration and supporting diverse student needs. Anyela began a career in education as a Spanish Teacher and later worked as a Foreign Language Teacher, Lead Teacher, and EAL Teacher, accumulating extensive experience in instructional design and effective teaching strategies. Anyela holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Principal Certification and a Master's in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
