Elisa Cordova-Long, MBA, RTSBA, CAA, serves as the Executive Director of Budget for the Garland Independent School District since September 2023 and as an Executive Wine Consultant for Scout & Cellar since November 2021. Previously, Elisa held several key positions within the Dallas Independent School District from March 2000 to September 2023, including Assistant Director of Budget Services and Assistant Director of Business for the Department of Athletics, where responsibilities included financial analysis, budget maintenance, and compliance auditing. With a strong educational background in business administration and finance, Elisa has extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and operational analysis, contributing to the financial health and efficiency of educational organizations.
