Tom Brehm

Tom Brehm is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Garlock Printing & Converting since April 2016, where responsibilities include P&L oversight for manufacturing plants in Reno, NV, and Gardner, MA, along with successful implementation of EHS initiatives that have decreased workplace incidents by 70% over three years. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Sr. Vice President & General Manager at Deluxe Packages from January 2006 to April 2016, managing P&L, sales, and manufacturing in a two-plant operation focused on flexible packaging for the produce and snack markets. Earlier in the career, Tom served as Director of Operations at Alcan from March 1995 to December 2005, overseeing P&L for two facilities and managing a large team, and as Plant Manager at Sealright/JPS Packaging from March 1992 to December 2005, with P&L responsibility for a $50M flexible packaging plant specializing in advanced processing techniques.
