Currently serving as Human Resources Director for North America at Garlock Family of Companies, Anne has previously held significant positions in human resources management at EagleView, NeoGenomics Laboratories, and Orthopedic Specialists of SW Florida. With a proven track record in planning and implementing HR programs for large and diverse employee populations, Anne has been instrumental in standardization activities post-acquisition and has managed new hire recruitment and employee relations. Prior experience includes supervisory roles in collections and client relations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of operational management and staff development.
