Zach Kuntz

Zach Kuntz serves as the Human Resources Director for Pepsi Foods North America since September 2015, leading a team in implementing new Workforce Management technology impacting over 60,000 associates. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager, where oversight of payroll transformation for 60,000 employees occurred, and various managerial positions at Quaker Oats Supply Chain focusing on labor relations, HR transformations, and contract negotiations. Earlier experience includes HR roles at Whirlpool Corporation and General Mills, contributing to performance management, staff recruitment, and process improvements. Zach holds an MBA with a perfect GPA from The University of Iowa and a BA in Human Resource Management from Mount Mercy University, also achieving a 4.0 GPA.
