Prior to this, Lauren served as a Customer Satisfaction Manager at Eastman Kodak, focusing on improving customer satisfaction and product quality. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego and an A.A.S. in Accounting from SUNY Canton.
