Dominik Schreiber

Dominik Schreiber is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in mobile computing and technology leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead Software Engineering at Garmin since March 2020, Schreiber previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at the same company. Schreiber co-founded Mopius, where the role of Chief Product Officer involved creating innovative mobile applications and leveraging proximity technologies. Schreiber's experience includes leading product development at ZabCab, where a complete team restructuring led to significant investment success, and co-founding Appaya, which focused on app development for well-known brands. Early career roles included software development positions at FastCast, BMW, and several internships that emphasized mobile and web-based technologies. Schreiber holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mobile Computing from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, complemented by foundational education in Informatics from the Technical High School Traun.
