Douglas Koenig is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in project and quality management across notable companies. Currently, as the Manager of Core Engineering at Garmin, Douglas has successfully established three specialized teams within the Core Platform Technology engineering organization, focusing on Project Management, Software Quality, and Data Collection. Previously, Douglas served as a Group Program Director at VML, where partnerships with development engineers and clients resulted in delivering exceptional digital experiences for esteemed brands such as Ford and MasterCard. Early in their career at Microsoft, Douglas held various positions, culminating as a Senior Release Manager for the Xbox LIVE service, where responsibilities included developing critical release processes for a large user base.
