Marius Cerbu

Marius Cerbu is a seasoned professional in manufacturing engineering with extensive experience at Joyson Safety Systems since April 2018, where Marius serves as Global Core Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Head of AFS Operational Excellence, overseeing manufacturing feasibility and complex assembly line implementations. Previously, Marius spent 14 years at Takata AG, holding various managerial positions such as New Technology Launch Manager, Project Manager Production Planning, and Process Engineering Manager, contributing to product quality improvement, cost control, and project development. Marius began a career in mechanical design at SC Prompt SA and holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Quality Engineering, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics - Industrial Robots from Polytechnic University of Timişoara.
