Namrata Barve

Namrata Barve is a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Garmin, where responsibilities include leading two teams with approximately 30 members and focusing on strategic initiatives and staff development. Barve has held various engineering management positions at Garmin, managing teams in Localization Services and Voice Technology, and has experience in delivering features for automotive platforms. Previously, Namrata worked at Motorola as a Software Engineer, leading feature development teams, and began a career as a Software Engineer Intern at Accenture. Namrata holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
