Szu-Yu Chen

Szu-Yu Chen is a Product Improvement Engineer at VanMoof since June 2022, focusing on reviewing E-bike designs for manufacturability, repairability, and usability, as well as optimizing assembly processes for production lines. Prior to this role, Szu-Yu worked at Wonderland Group from September 2016 to June 2022, serving as Assistant Manager, Lead Product Engineer, Senior Product Engineer, and Product Engineer, where responsibilities included leading project management for global baby safety products and overseeing communication across engineering teams. Earlier experience includes a Research Assistant Intern position at 工業技術研究院, contributing to a solid-state lighting technology research project and presenting findings at a conference. Szu-Yu holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, obtained in 2016 and 2014, respectively.
