Valentina Gissin

Valentina G. serves as the Chief People Officer at Garner Health, focusing on transforming the healthcare economy. Valentina is also involved as a member of the CPO Council at Lattice and as an advisor for PeopleTech Partners. Valentina is a member of Chief, a private network for women executive leaders, and operates Excellence Now Consulting, providing coaching and advisory services across various industries. Previously, Valentina held significant roles such as Chief People Officer at Citizen and Senior Director at Chewy, where Valentina developed global talent management functions. Valentina's career includes serving as Head of Talent at Bridgewater Associates and as Assistant General Counsel at Deloitte. Valentina holds a JD from Stanford Law School and dual BA degrees from The George Washington University, graduating summa cum laude.
