Jordan Wilcosky

Jordan Wilcosky serves as a Board Member at the National Institute for Construction Excellence and has been with Garney Construction since May 2012, holding various roles including Director of Training & Development and Division Manager of Employee Development. With extensive experience in employee development, Jordan oversees initiatives such as course creation, LMS administration, and employee recognition, and chairs the Employee Development Council. Additionally, Jordan is an Advisory Board Member at Braden’s Hope for Childhood Cancer and previously served as a peer advisor at Aurora University and as a communication intern at Fox Valley Montessori School. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Aurora University.
