Frederico Kaefer

Frederico Kaefer is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and management. Currently serving as a Board Member and Accelerator Chair for Entrepreneurs' Organization since November 2021, Frederico is also a member of EO SAO PAULO and Chair of Strategic Alliance Partners. As the CEO of Garra International since October 2011, Frederico leads a full-service animal protein distribution company with a global presence and expertise in international logistics and trade finance. In April 2024, Frederico co-founded FAZZ UP, which specializes in high-quality products for the manicure market. Frederico's academic credentials include an Executive Education degree in Owner/President Management from Harvard Business School, an MBA from PROFUTURO - FIA Business School, another MBA in Commercial Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from UNIFAE.
