Deepa P

Deepa P is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as HRS Learning Supervisor at Garrett - Advancing Motion since November 2018. In this role, Deepa P is a subject matter expert for Oracle LMS, overseeing course planning and training demand coordination while managing vendor negotiations to enhance learning offerings. Deepa P also conducts gap analyses to determine learning needs and establishes curricula for L&D programs, including Global Learning Programs and leadership training.
