Eva Novacekova

Eva Novacekova has extensive experience in quality leadership and continuous improvement within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Global Customer Quality Leader at Garrett - Advancing Motion since October 2017, Eva has previously worked as a Customer Quality Engineer in the same company. Prior to that, Eva held the role of Continuous Improvement Manager at U-SHIN Access Mechanisms from May 2014 to October 2017. Earlier in their career, Eva was a Production System Leader and Production Supervisor at Valeo, working from October 2008 to May 2014. Eva holds a Master's degree in French Language and Literature from Univerzita Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici, earned between 1999 and 2004.
