Jiri Kubec

Jiri Kubec is a highly skilled Motorsport Development Engineer with extensive experience in turbocharger system development, currently employed at Garrett - Advancing Motion since January 2017. In this role, Jiri oversees all phases of high-speed ball bearing system development for Ferrari F1 turbochargers, with responsibilities that expanded in 2019 to include all components. Prior experience includes a tenure at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc., where Jiri contributed to the engineering team for Audi Le Mans racing prototypes and previously worked as a Design Engineer focused on 3D modeling and production turbocharger designs. Jiri holds two master's degrees from Brno University of Technology in Industrial Design and Computer Aided Design, completed between 2000 and 2007.
