Lindsay Howard

Lindsay Howard is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee experience across global organizations. Currently serving as VP of Talent & Employee Experience at Garrett - Advancing Motion since October 2018, Lindsay oversees activities including HRIS, data analytics, talent acquisition, and learning and organizational development. Previous roles at Garrett included VP Global Talent Management and Senior HR Director for Talent Management. Prior to joining Garrett, Lindsay held multiple senior HR positions at Honeywell, contributing to organization development and HR integration during significant corporate transitions. Lindsay began a career in human resources at Asda as a People Manager. Educational qualifications include a BA in Politics from the University of York.
