Panagiotis Sotiropoulos

Panagiotis Sotiropoulos is a seasoned HR and Total Rewards professional with extensive experience in developing and deploying reward strategies across leading global organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Leader at Garrett - Advancing Motion since October 2018, Panagiotis is responsible for global total reward strategies and has been a strategic HR leader since 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Compensation & Benefits Director at Honeywell for Transportation Systems and Aerospace, where Panagiotis led total reward initiatives across various regions. Earlier roles at Hay Group included Senior Account Manager, managing reward information services, and conducting remuneration data research. Panagiotis holds a Master's degree in International Economics, Banking, and Finance from Cardiff University and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business.
