Cateau Oonk

Cateau Oonk is a professional with diverse experience in client success, entrepreneurship, and various roles in user experience and research. Currently serving as a Client Success Associate at Gartner since January 2025, Cateau is also the Founder of Four Drops of Us since November 2023. Past experience includes a Team Manager position at Foundever for Konica Minolta and roles as a Customer Service Specialist. Cateau has contributed to user experience design at GreenPow and conducted UX research at hormona. A policy intern at OECD - OCDE, Cateau also held leadership roles at Liter of Light Netherlands, serving as President and Community Specialist. Cateau's academic background includes multiple Master's degrees in Human-Computer Interaction & Design from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Université Paris-Saclay, alongside a degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from University College Maastricht.
