Charikleia Bitsakou

Charikleia Bitsakou is the Associate Director of Data Science at Gartner, where they lead a team focused on developing machine learning products for effective talent acquisition and retention. Previously, they served as a Manager of Data Science at Gartner, where they created automated candidate screening tools and managed various innovative projects. Charikleia's experience includes roles as a Data Scientist at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd and Forecast Financial Modelling, where they implemented advanced machine learning techniques for sales optimization and customer experience improvement. They began their career as a Data Engineer at ICDT and have also held positions in data management at Mondelēz International and frontend development at CERN. Charikleia holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from The University of Edinburgh.
